Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains SportNest subscription cancellations, trial periods, failed payments and refund requests.

1. Club website payments

SportNest club websites can include member and player payment tools. Members pay the payment amount set by the club. GoCardless processing fees may apply to those payments and are separate from the SportNest website subscription.

2. Website trials

Where a trial is offered for a club website, the trial length may vary depending on what SportNest has agreed with the club. The website may be locked or payment may be required when the trial ends unless billing has been set up.

3. Annual subscriptions

SportNest club website subscriptions are normally billed yearly. The price, renewal date and any trial details will be shown before payment or confirmed in writing.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Clubs can request cancellation by contacting SportNest or using the Stripe customer portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges rather than automatically refunding time already used.

5. Refund requests

Refund requests will be reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, payment mistakes or where required by law.

6. Failed payments and suspension

If a website subscription payment fails, a trial expires, or billing becomes overdue, SportNest may show payment prompts, restrict access or suspend the club website until the issue is resolved.
